Web Design
No, I do not. I use the WordPress platform to build websites. It is used by top industries to host websites.
- WordPress allows high quality web design without the monthly fee for add on services to your website.
- You typically pay more with Wix to get what's included in my web design services. (With Wix business plan, you have to pay $300+ annually to remove their advertising from YOUR website).
- WordPress is a great platform for scaling your business and getting the most ability out of your website.
- WordPress is used by top industry professionals and is most recommended for Influencers and Business Professionals.
- WordPress allows for you to have online courses and membership capabilities and a lesser price than Wix - and is more efficient!
- First year of web host, domain name registration (.com) and SSL Certificate
- up to 5 pages on your website
- Graphic Design service for website images

- Email Subscriber platform and Email Subscriber Form to collect visitor emails / names

I will make up to 3 attempts to contact you once you’ve received your project preview. After 90 days, your project will be considered final as is and your balance of payment will be due immediately. No edits will be made and no future requests will be initiated until your account is back in good standing.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to begin website designs and final payment is due before the agreed date.
Landing Pages (one page website) is 100% payment due up front.
Payment for Rush Orders are due in full, up front with all content.

My price includes 1 Concept and 2 rounds of revision on the design pitched. Once you have exhausted your 2 rounds, each additional revision or new concept is $75 per hour. If you sign off on the website design given (after you have provided the vision and design concept) and I send you the link to view your web site's login information after final payment has been made - and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision fee of a minimum $35 (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design.
Your website will no longer be on my database and will be deleted automatically after an attempt to contact you before expiration date.
If you would like to keep your website design file but prefer to move hosting, you will be provided with an invoice of a $500 transfer fee if transfer is not requested 60 days before renewal date. Otherwise, customers are required to pay annual hosting fee.

Book Publishing
You own the rights to your book - unless you prefer to publish your book under my publishing company.
Yes, you keep your royalties. However, Amazon KDP and other online vendors take a percentage for selling your book on their platforms.

This all depends on your needs. The standard package will take care of formatting your book and getting it online to be sold. However, my other packages set up your online platform AND take care of your marketing needs. More about that can be found on my book publishing section of my site.
