Here are two Wenger folding multi tool knives. I believe the larger is model is called diplomat. The smaller I can't find the model name for. It looks like a small keychain style that companies would advertise on. Both include the toothpick and/or tweezers. They are used and need a lightl cleaning. The larger has a sliver chip on one scale near the scissors.
