An elaborate frame showcasing Green Men 9 per side.
-The Green Man motif has its roots from ancient times and is associated with nature, plant growth and wildlife. In art and sculpture, a Green Man is typically depicted with horns, vines and leaves sprouting out of a man's face.
-An openwork frame (same on both sides) has a series of Angels (Cherubs) harvesting grapes
-The bag completed with a “Kiss" style lock
-The outside of the bag is soft and plush green velvet
-The purse opens to reveal a light satin-like plaid yellow, blue and black
-There is a mirror attached to a inside edge.
Condition:
Excellent condition. Frame is great condition with heavy patina to silver which adds to an antique charm. The outside of the bag is clean without any stains or damages and is ready to wear.
The inside is also very clean and does not have any stains.
