All our press-on nails are made-to-order with love and care to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, each order requires 14 days to be completed and prepared for shipping.
Processing & Shipping:
Once your order is placed, it will take up to 14 days for your nails to be handcrafted and ready for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.
Final Sale Policy:
Due to the custom nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the order has been placed.
Order Issues:
If your nails arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will do our best to address any concerns.
