Product Details
Carbon steel and wood. Due to the nature of carbon steel, this knife will eventually form a patina. This is normal and can help prevent rust. To avoid rusting, dry thoroughly after hand washing in warm, soapy water. Made in Thailand.
Care Instructions
Hand-wash. Do not put away until fully dry. Store away from humidity in the bamboo box provided. Use Japanese waterstones or similar sharpening stones to sharpen your knife. We recommend a protective layer of oil (olive, vegetable, canola) on the exposed carbon steel.
